- Is there a long term commitment?
No. N.E.S. is confident in our products, pricing and technology that we do not need to lock you down for 1 - 5 years. We are confident that once you try our service you will be a client for many years to come. Of course we do offer 1, 2, and 3 year service contracts that offer substantial discounts. You can opt for a service contract whenever you want.
- How do I sign Up?
Simply click on the sign up form, complete the form and click submit. We will approve and set up your account usually within 1 - 3 hours. You will receive an e-mail with your username and password. If you need your account to be set up immediately, please let us know in the comments section on the sign up form or call us upon submiting your form.
- Are there any other fees or costs I should know about?
No. We do not charge a set up fee and do not impose a monthly minimum or service fees. You simply pay for the searches you use when you use it.
- How do we conduct employee screening?
Once you have signed up and received your username and password, you can begin conducting screenings immediately by logging in on our website. To the top right on our website is the client login button. Once you have logged into the system, you simply select the screening package and/or searches you want to conduct and the system will tell you, based on your selections, what information we will need on the employee to conduct the screening. Complete the employee information section and click submit. Many searches are conducted in real time and you will receive results instantly.
You can request a free brief tutorial on how to use the system. The system is very user-friendly, but a brief tutorial will help you navigate faster.
